I recently purchased a vapor kit from this establishment, and the kit quit working in 6 hours, far short of the 2 weeks they promised. When I went back to ask if they would check it out I was met with total indifference to my problem, the attitude I got from the daughter of the owner was, oh to bad we screwed you buy another unit, upon further investigation, I found the product they sell to be of inferior quality, and the e-juice is mixed so as to over work the already inferior product causing it to quit working in a matter of hours so they can sell you more things. I will never again walk into this store, nor will I ever refer anyone to them. As someone else posted here, if I wanted the kind of VERY RUDE treatment I recieved I would go to WALMART.

It's unfortunate when any of us buy products and for one reason or another the unit does not work like it is intended, regardless of manufacturer defect or misuse. I am the owner and I remember spending valuable time with you both explaining the entire vapor process, how the kits work, which kits and tanks I recommend, etc. I would like to address a few things you threw out there that are very far from the truth. Your kit DID NOT quit working 6 hours after you bought it, and I never promised your "kit" would last 2 weeks. The "kit" you purchased is a rechargable vapor kit and it still works perfectly fine, as tested while you were here on 7/9/13. The issue you had on 7/9/13 was a malfunction with your Vivi Nova Tank (which has a wicking system that is designed to have the wicks replaced every 3-4 weeks). We have no problem assisting you in determining if your tank problem was a defect or misuse, however, you did not give us that opportunity. To make a claim that we sell inferior products is just outright not true. My daughter never said "oh to bad we screwed you buy another unit". Further, to suggest our juice is "mixed so as to over work the already inferior product" is again completely inaccurate. We have developed an extensive process with our juices and carry a wide variety of "mixes" so that it is customizable to each customer. All of our Cartomizer and Atomizer systems work flawlessly with our juices. No one was trying to sell you "more things". We were simply trying to diagnose your issue with the tank. I invite you to come back and speak directly with me so that I can make a determination as to the true issue with your tank. We strive to satisfy 100% of our customers 100% of the time. I look forward to working with you to resolve any issues you are experiencing.

Awesome vapors!

Love this place! Always very helpful. They know the industry and are always selling the best products that are the newest on the market. They make all of their vapor liquids, which are 100% kosher and not from china like all the other stores. Other places like panama, marianna, and dothan are way over priced for the same products and the other stores get their liquids from china, which will make you sick! Will always shop at Smokers Depot!

look. this thing is way out of control. you have accused us of threats and wanting to hurt some one. this is not true and this needs to stop. please.. we want out of this. we can not believe what extreems you will go to to prove your right. we are sorry we came into your store, and sorry we met you. PLEASE..lets delete these posts. we dont need this in our lives.. with cancer in her life, and blood clots in mine.. this is just not worth it to us. lets just part ways and say good bye... give the word i will delete our lives from you.

Crystalfulgenzi... We apologize for any inconvenience. The day your wife came in, she had bought standard tobacco and wanted to us it next door at the Regular's Club. We told her if she wanted to do that she needed to sign up for a membership with them and we would return her standard tobacco and give her the Premiu tobacco (the Premium tobacco is the only tobacco certified for those machines). She declined our offer. In no way were we trying to be rude, it's was obviously a communication problem and a confusion with the rules for the Regular's Club. As a family owned business we make sure customer service is our number one priority, but we will not tolerate out of control and threatening phone calls stating you will fight an employee. Before you make any accusations against employees being childish, please take a step back and look at your actions and words of choice. Nothing is every solved by screaming or cursing, and no one is going to want to help you if that's how you treat other people. cottontop32446...... you are misinformed. The information you posted is completely false. No one that now works here has ever said anything negative about you or your family. However, your daughter in law constantly spoke negatively about your whole family. She is feeding you a bunch of lies. We appreciate ALL of our customers and do whatever we can to facilitate employees keeping their jobs. We can not force anyone to comply with their job if they willingly choose not to do the function of their job according to rules and regulations. As most things go.....if it doesn't sound right, it's not true. And what she is telling you doesn't sound right, and it absolutely is not true. I welcome your comments directly to me. We take care of ALL of our customers. While we do have a no return policy, I did offer to show you how to properly use the product you purchased. You declined. Your complaint started as a a request for refund because your husband thought you spent too much $. Then when you didn't get your way, you changed your story. The BBB did a full and thorough inquiry and made a determination that we did nothing wrong and we went above and beyond to try and accommodate you. There is no requirement by law to refund your $. We are from this area. I was born and raised here.



As I have discovered through your actions, you had buyers remorse. We still stand by our offer to show you how to properly use your product. We also have new products on a weekly basis, including vapors that assist you in the process of quit smoking.

The owner is the Rudest person...

The owner is the Rudest person I have ever come across. I bought an electronic cigarette injector (roller) for $80 had it 1 day, 7-18-12 and tried to take it back on 7-19-12 and she said NO REFUNDS or EXCHANGES. This machine is DEFECTIVE and a FIRE HAZZARD at best. Everytime you flick your cigarette, the ember (fire) falls out of the cigarette. Well NeedLess to say I have filed a complaint with the BBB (Better Business Bureau). Herself as a business owner is REQUIRED by law to take back defective merchandise especially if you have the receipt. SHAME ON YOU. You are new to the area, but let me tell you something......with your continued NEGATIVE REVIEWS and UNSATISFIED CUSTOMERS...........You wont be in Chipley, FL very long. Thanks for nothing and we will see what the BBB has to say!! Remember WORD OF MOUTH is the best form of advertisement.

They were very nice, accommoda...

They were very nice, accommodating, and their prices are extremely reasonable. Dothan AL store does not sell the higher quality tobacco like this store does. Smokers Depot sells Kentucky Select tobacco, grown in Kentucky, USA. Dothan sells that cheap OHM tobacco. I have tried it before this store opened and it was horrible.



Smokers Depot store is extremely clean. I don't believe for one minute that anyone who has been to this store that tried a sample and/or bought their product would be unhappy or would not go back.



Not only do I feel better smoking the product they sell, but I am saving money and I smoke less.



Whoever said they got sick, obviously didn't get sick from anything that had to do with this store. Maybe you are experiencing withdraws from the chemicals you were getting with the store bought cigarettes. Or possibly the flu bug that is going around.



And I can only gather that the person who posted that Smokers Depot tobacco is from overseas.....obviously can't read. Their tobacco is from right here in the good ole' USA.....Kentucky to be exact.



I spent a lot of time talking to the owner and he gave me the full scoop on how they are required to keep their product invoices showing where they purchase from etc.....the state of Florida would have shut them down by now if they were getting their tobacco from out of the country.



Hmmmm, maybe the writer of the 2 previous posts is the owner or employee of the Dothan store and is loosing business to this smoke shop???



I highly recommend you try them and find out for yourself.

I agree with terrible tobacco. This place is a rip off. Staff were very rude. If you use this place you are likely to get sick. The additives used in the tobacco made me sick for two days. Go somewhere else. Don't waste your hard earned dollar. I love most any cigarette, but their product sucks. Sorry but I must tell the truth.

This place has tobacco from overseas. The personal there were very aggressive and unfriendly. I would advise everyone who is considering using this business to go elsewhere. Save your money. Dothan AL. Has a lot cheaper cigarettes and is actually American tobacco. God bless the USA.

For the true smokers I have on...

For the true smokers I have one thing to say about Smokers Depot......you MUST give it a try! Yesterday was the first time that I went into the store and I'm hooked. Not only are the prices, individual customized tobacco blends, quality of the products excellent, but the staff is extremely professional and yet gives you the feeling that you are a valued customer. I know where I'll be buying my cigarettes for now on.
