This local business in Chino Hills just gained a fan! I don't normally write reviews due to not having time to think and write. With that said, I've seen this shop for quite sometime and to be honest, I never even thought of going in. Not just with this store but with any non-commercialized stores. Because most of the time I buy and/or get my laptop fixed through vendors and IT services that my company uses or simply just buy things on Amazon. Long story short, Salman and his staff which I wish I got his name because he was very honest and saved me quite amount of money were very professional. I came in the store expecting to get my hard-drive upgraded to a much bigger space not knowing the high amount it would have cost me. After performing assessment and asking me questions about how I use my laptop, they were able to give me suggestions of what I needed to do. Though they sell parts and refurbished equipment and some are new, not once did they make me feel that I needed to buy anything from their store. In fact, they even suggested for me not to spend so much money on a hard drive that I may not need. Hence I ended up buying a hard drive with enough space for what I need. I really appreciated their honesty and their customer service is really good. I brought in my laptop on Monday and I was told it will not be ready until Wednesday. But today (Tuesday), I got a call and was told my laptop is ready to be picked up. I have to be honest, I walked out that store feeling satisfied and happy that I gave this local business a try. For those who gave bad reviews on this store, perhaps you might have caught them in a very busy state and/or maybe just have miscommunication or misunderstanding. If you give them another try, you might just feel as satisfied as I have.

Looking for a refurbished computer and trying not to break the bank...... this is the place to go to. Salman was very helpful in finding out what our needs were, when looking for an Apple laptop. Very knowledgeable, polite, honest and gave 5 star service. Any questions you may have, Salman and his team are very easy to talk to and are detailed when explaining.

Salman and his team are experts in computer service. They are communicative, very knowledgeable, and can help you with any Mac, PC, or tablet related issues. Even if you did not buy your PC from them, they work hard to make this right and make you happy with outcome. I highly recommend you visit them for a consultation. Nice atmosphere, and they have some pretty good Best Buy type pricing deals, and can do things they Geek Squad could never perform.

Just picked up my laptop from these guys ... had to have my battery and adapter replaced. They explained everything and were extremely helpful and courteous!
