Prices are also reasonable compared to other shutter & blind companies in throughout the area. Luis (the installer) was very professional and did a great job, and took the extra time to do some touch up and to see that everything was cleaned up Thank you.

He claims to own Pacific Wholesale Shutters and Blinds. He also owns Future Blinds and Shutters. His latest scan is owning Shutter Manufacture with the license of 852-542. CALI-Custom Shutter Co actually owns the license number 852-542. Now he claims to own them too. A very shady character

BUYER BEWARE! If you are a new or existing homeowner and are looking for a great deal on wood shutters then Pacific Shutters is your place. HOWEVER, if you are looking for quality or to add value to your home I would not sugget Pacific Shutters. They installed shutters in my home claiming that they would custom fit them to my windows and all I got was an in-stock (already manufactured) window treatment that has cause so much damage to my window frame it's unbelievable. I can't even close the shutter without plaster coming off the walls due to the poor installation. DON'T substitute low cost over quality. I learned from my mistake and I'm hoping this will help other consumers from having to learn that hard lesson. I will have to repay to get my shutters done correctly by a company that complies with their customers request and isn't just trying to make a sale.
