Price for the products are good and competitive. As for interacting with the rep, Acnodes discontinued a model we had purchased years ago, however, the rep was great enough to recommend the replacement model. Despite buying from them years ago, they still have a solid customer service and product. I would recommend this to others as well.

Bought a panel PC to replace our aging panel. Very happy with the product we received. The panel is very sturdy and rated for outdoor use. This is more convenient for us now.



We aren't based that far from where Acnodes is so I decided to head to meet with the rep. I've met my fair share of sales reps from my work and I have to say, James is a very cool type of rep. Less formal than I thought it would be and that really helped with making our decision. Non of that fakery you often get with people just trying to make a sale. He really listened to our requirements first and added his suggestions.



Pricing is expensive, but the quality is there. Its nice to have a look at the product with your hands before you buy. With the internet, not everyone gets to have a hands on with a product you're going to end up buying by the car loads. Acnodes was more than willing to accommodate us in our search for panel pcs. I really do recommend them and their service to businesses that are looking computers for their businesses.

Acnodes has been a great and reliable business to work with. We've had troubles in the past with getting rack mount PCs ourselves, but when we used acnodes' website, it was such a breeze.



We have several server racks that use 4U sized rack mounts and the quality of those cases are very sturdy and well designed. Having to route all those cables for a single rack is very time consuming and those cases have been designed to help make my job easier and more organized.



So far, we've had no problems ordering rack mounts from them as we are expanding our business.

Overall I am definitely pleased with the way Acnodes present and handle their customers. If you are in need of panel mount PCs or LCD workstations, then I can definitely recommend this to businesses. Their website doesn't always show the many configurations that you would want. We usually have to call them to place our specific configuration order. That would probably be the only downside that comes to mind.



The way they handle customers is exceptional. For a bit of history, our company has ordered workstations and panel PCs from them over the past few years now. Our orders are usually the same as we slowly continue to expand. Our Rep James, managed to catch an error on our part and called to make sure that what we ordered was indeed what we needed. Had Acnodes not called to verify, we would have ended up with a handful of workstations that wouldn't meet our specific needs and would cost us lots of money.

I'd start off by saying the website is very easy to navigate. I've browsed through many different sites that sell the panel pc we needed, but most suffer from complicated and confusing navigation. If you know what you need ( I can't imagine one in the industry and not know what they need) and search the model that fits your criteria.



I ordered several 17inch panel pc's. Model number PC5173



They were great. A nice heft to it thanks to some real aluminum bezel casing. Not some cheap abs plastic that I usually see. Easy to install too. Mounted them onto the walls and plugged them up. Can't get any harder than that. The build quality of the panel pc is excellent. With a resistive type touch screen, its easier for our warehouse workers to operate since they dont need finicky input controls.

The Acnodes representative I got was real easy to work with. I've experienced clueless reps before, but he genuinely knew the products. Our panels came in around a week and i'm real satisfied.



Overall, really glad I went with acnodes. Will definitely be buying from them in the future if management allows me to upgrade those servers.

If you're looking for a good selection of different rack mount servers, this is the place. We needed 4U rack mount pc's and they had plenty in stock and in the configuration we wanted it in. Timely shipping too. Just placed an order and it arrived well before we all left for the new year. Was worried it would arrive when nobody was at work, but it came just in time despite the holiday shipping rush. The representative i got was a friendly one and made sure I got what i needed in the right config.

Been looking for a place to buy computers for our servers but have been disappointed with other companies and how they handled our purchase orders (we buy in bulk).



Found this through a recommendation and decided to give it a try. Very straight forward business. Needed server rack monitors and a few 2U rack mounted computers ( RMC5255 for the exact model if anyone is wondering). On their website, I could customize the 2U rack mount computer with plenty of options. Got an estimate window for delivery and got my orders on time.



Definitely have these guys saved in our contacts list and look forward to doing more business with them. (Thinking about expanding our server racks). Website is just acnodes.com. A simple google should bring their page up.
