I had the most wonderful car-buying experience at Herrnstein Chrysler. Internet Sales Manager Tom Buck went out of his way to put me in a car that I desperately needed. I have never been treated more respectfully by a salesperson and he just went out of his way to put me at ease even though I was terrified of the whole process. I highly recommend this dealership based on my experience with this fine gentleman. I cannot thank him enough for his hard work to help me find a car that I could afford.

DO NOT listen to a word they say. I did and I was lied to ! I notice there was a color differance between my bumpers and the body of the car. Iask about it and Don Morehart told me that it was a paint protecter and that it would wash and come right off, well it DID NOT!! When I went back to the dealer to tell them about it I was told "you took the car home it is your problem now!" And to get the susuki rep you have to go though the dealer so I can't even get him to look at my car! SO, DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER THEY WILL LIE TO YOU!!!!
