O'Reilly Auto Parts

Went to purchase parts at store and then dropped off my car at mechanics...turns out they gave me all the wrong parts...parts for an very old pickup!! Caused a bit of headache and time that i dont have any extra of right now...after talking to manager, got off the phone feeling like i had just been patronized and my problem had been completely minimized....no bueno

This has to be the worst autoparts store I have been in!! Incompitent staff, has no idea how to get parts! I wait today as allways, Only went back because wanted to return parts that were wrong. after 30 min. I was given different parts and told to come back if wrong, just go down and the other staff member will check you out. I waited behind two hot chicks who had only been there 5 min. after thier check out he walked off to help someone else. when finally I was waited on at checkout, I said frisk you just give me a refund! He rang up my total. and said how much I owed. I said again give me a refund you will wait on girls while I wait, frisk you! went to autozone gave only basic info, got the parts, they fit, in less time that I spent in there store!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU WANT TO GET FRISKED OVER GO TO KRAGEN
