William Gerhardt Construction Company Inc.

I contracted Gerhardt Constuctions to stop leaks above six of my bay windows on my building in 10/20/14. They told me that I needed to replace my parapet wall because that is where they thought the leaks was coming from when it rain. They gave me a three year guarantee on the work and the problem still have not been fixed. After the work was completed the water still came in whenever it rain. I have been trying to get them to fix the problem ever since. I called the head quarters of the company and also the project manager Mr Z to come out and fix the problem. This has been going on for three years and as of 5/10/17 the problem is still not fixed. It has been like pulling teeth to get them to come out to even look at the problem. I believe that they contract all of the work out to sub contractors. I would not refer this company to anyone because you will be wasting your money, which is what I have done . This gives small business a bad repetition .
