Crazyyyy and rude landlady! Have not met one tenant who reported a positive experience with this company. Avoid at all costs!

Please guys never ever make the same mistake as I did. Dont lease with her. The landlady is extremely rude. She bullies her residents and have some serious psychiatry issues. She will enter your house without notice. She will constantly have repairs on the roof, basement etc and will turn off your A/C even without letting her tenants know. Her apartments are overexpensive and the rooms are like kids bedroom. The laundry room is always dirty abd full of house flies. I have also seen roaches in her basement area.



The landlord is extremely unpleasant to talk to and will do everythng she can to keep your security deposit. I highly recommend not leasing with her.

Probably the worst rentals, and landlady in the city of Chicago, or perhaps the entire country. She has a complete disregard for the rights of tenants, she is extremely rude and unpleasant, and has no problem with bullying her tenants and being a dreadful human being. Despite the awful management, her units are very over priced in comparison to other rentals in the neighborhood, and even on the same street. I would highly, highly, recommend not renting from this company. You will severely regret it. Unfortunately, I was unable to rate this business with less than one star, but it really deserves zero stars, or negative 5 stars.

The woman who owns this business is a very unpleasant person. She also enters the apartment freely without knocking, and her rentals are extremely overpriced. Business ethics aside, she is not a good person and I would highly recommend not renting with her.
