The service that I received was very poor and unprofessional considering I have been a patient 8yrs +.. They lied about my doctor being available to get me to come in for an appointment when I got here they said he wasn't available.. 6 months later same thing had me waiting almost two hrs... All I can say is don't waste your time I'm in the process of looking for a new dentist immediately.. Their not even worth a star rating their service is so bad..since I had to give a rating I gave a one which is really meant for negative one.

Went to that office for a teeth cleaning because my regular dentist's office was all booked up. Prior to the cleaning, I specifically asked them if the procedure would be covered in full by my dental insurance because they knew more about insurance than I did and I didn't want to end up paying out of pocket for something as minor as teeth cleaning. They said yes, it would be covered 100%. The cleaning was not done perfectly, and the dentist missed many spots. Because of my schedule I didn't bother to go back for a touch-up and just thought I would never take my business there again.



Months later they sent me a bill for additional payment of $6 that they couldn't claim from my dental insurance and blamed everything on my insurance. The supervisor that came to the phone was argumentative and hardly let me talk, and of course given my dissatisfaction over the quality of service and the billing issue, there was absolutely nothing she could do about the $6 that was owed. By the way they charged me way more than my regular dentist who always does a good job. In my opinion, it's advisable to stay away from this business.
