DO NOT GO THERE, THE WORST CLEANER OUT THERE

I had been here twice. The staff there is really nice but the owner is a a skunk, very selfish person. First I took one pair of pants really expensive from bebe and when I picked them up, the pants were all with white stain from the presser. They look like they were burn pressed by a person that does not have experience when you do it home by your self. So the skunk Jane Shim told me that is not their fault, that the pants are cheap material (bought them from bebe with $200.00) and it lives marks on them when brought to be cleaned. Excuse me but I am bringing my clothes to be cleaned and get stains out not to get them worse. I just let it go and I thought ok since I am bringing my daughter to the preschool next to it , I will give them another try, so I brought a skirt to be cleaned and the zipper to be fixed. A week later when I picked my skirt ( black color the zipper was not fixed and they been using green thread to put the zipper together on black skirt and where the linings of the skirt, was all fade from pressing it and kind of burning it. I was so mad, I did ask for the owner to tell me the same story that material is not good and they could not fix the zipper , but they messed it up, and if I don’t like it to sue her. This is the way to treat a customer after I did come back once they damage may pants and now my skirt. THEY DISERVE 0 STARS. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYBODY, THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR CLOTHES.
