I highly recommmend them. In the end, we went with a hybrid package that includes hostwd VoIP, PBX switching and a tollfree number to strengthen our branding and make inbound calls a cinch. I would recommend them to any business looking to aggressively grow, that needs the straight scoop on what is worth investing in, and what is not.
