This place is ran off FEELINGS. It’s VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and management is ALL FOR THEMSELVES. A lot of mental unstableness in that place but there’s always one sweet manager. They want you to break your neck and act very professional with no leading examples in management. The insecurity level of the daughter of the CEO is ridiculous. This place makes one never want to work for another BLACK OWNED business EVER! The only way anyone should ever work here is if they don’t have anything else to fall on. Met great people during the process but the stress and being cheated of pay is NOT WORTH it. They have cameras right over your workstation and watch your every move literally, even personal. And there’s NO BENEFITS only for salary. It’s very few other than family that’s been around for years. It SUCKS!
