A Lamp and Fixture Corp

The store employees were rude and disrespectful. I have a contemporary Danish lampshade that they're unfamiliar with and they, rather than politely telling me they can't help me they told me they "hope I have good insurance". I believe in supporting small local businesses, but I would never recommend this store. They also don't sell parts, only do the repair themselves. By the way, don't think they offered words of encouragement or a place that might be able to help. Just hoped my house didn't burn down, they said. If they'd ever stepped foot off of Elston Avenue they'd know that these shades are used by thousands of open-minded, polite Europeans.
