I called to find out if they were open and all they could tell me was they haven't received ssi check yet and that was it

this is by far the most GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL currency you will ever have the misfortune of calling or visiting. if you call you are allowed one question(although they dont tell you that) that 1 question will be answered as rudely as possible, and if you ask another, you WILL BE HUNG UP ON. sometimes you go in there and if they're not talking to one another, they're talking on their cell phones or texting and you WILL wait. DO NOT be crazy enought to rent a mailbox from them like i did, i rarely ever get my mail. im told all the time, it was mailed a week ago, but i wont get it or sometimes weeks or days after it arrived there. DON'T bother asking for the mngr, he's rarely available and when he is they act the same way. PLEASE take your business somewhere else if you want to be treated with respect. this place is GHETTO TIMES 10.
