        I bought a house through them 6 years ago and I was lied to. I wrote a letter to the broker and he, of course defended his agent. I made the mistake of selling a house with a different agent this month and he lied to me too. Then he blamed me for not recognizing the he "went above and beyond" even thought he didn't tell me that repairs were requested from the buyer (he specifically told me that they didn't ask for any repairs) and had the repairs done without advising me and I had to pay for them. I would stay away from this realty office.

        I bought my first home with an agent at Coldwell Banker The Property Exchange. I am so pleased with my purchase and my realtor was outstanding!! We looked at a lot of places and she never lost patience with me. Very professional!!
