Industrial Roofing

I made the mistake of hiring Mick to re roof my house after the 1999 hail storm in Chesterton. I found out (through friends) that he employed a drug addict from Portage that started the job and never came back after the 2nd day. That left him with a young kid from OK that didn't know much about roofing as he used the ridge cap shingles for starter shingles! The job ended up being finished by a crew from MN and now 19 yrs. later I'm finding out all the damage that was done by people that didn't have a clue about roofing.
After a recent inspection, it was found that all of the flashing has holes punched in them resulting in interior leaks.
I could go on because there is MUCH more to report, but I think you get the point. I wouldn't hire this guy if he was the last roofer in the world!
