        Shipped a package from here that was guaranteed and when it arrived 2 days late they were not willing to accept responsibility and told me it was not guaranteed to that location. That was untrue as I found out from a UPS representative later. They also received a package that was an attempted delivery to my home. One of the packages was misplaced and I was treated as if it was my fault and that I had already received it. It took too much pressing on my part to tell them I had not already received it. Also, there is too much grey area and disconnect from UPS and UPS stores that add to the disorganization. I'd use another shipper. I will not be going back.
