Our meal was excellent and the service was.exemplary . While making reservations I had asked about special seating for my friend. It was available when we arrived and several other options were also provided. We asked for a different kind of chair at our table and it was provided immediately. Thank you for a pleasant dining experience.

Asked for first floor when reservations were made because one of our party is in a wheel chair. This was explained,in detail at the time reservations were made, and a verbal assurance was given, that they would reserve a first floor table for our party (They have no elevator, just wooden stairs access for the second floor,so it is impossible for a wheelchair) . Upon arrival, they attempted to give is a table on the second floor despite a request for handicap accommodation when the reservations were made. They also raised a fuss because they were concerned about other diner's reaction to a person with cerebral palsy (this person was very presentable, just unable to walk). We left and will never return.

My wife and I had dinner here on New years eve. We were promised a down stairs first floor accommodation due to my wife's arthritis in her hip, They gave our table to a couple that came in after my wife, but before myself. The couple in question parked half in the designated handicap spot, so I left my wife off and park on the other side of the lot. They refused to give my wife the table because we were late (I was two minutes late) for our reservation(My wife was two minutes early). The stairs were a great challenge. Food was not hot. Our salads were delivered to the wrong table and the people were thrilled to get TWO SALADS(dishonesty). I will never go out on NEW YEARS EVE again because it brings out the worst in people. This was not a happy dinner out.

NO HANDICAP ACCESS ! They refused to give us a first floor table and I have bone disease and do not have motion in my leg to allow me to climb twenty narrow stairs. Its a great place to eat if you are in good physical health
