Illuminations Innovations

I was very disappointed in my overall experience with Illumination Innovations. After paying our initial deposit with this company for our October wedding, communication failed. We would call and send emails with questions we had about our contract and they would not follow up with us. The week of our wedding, we still had not heard back from them concerning our lighting and we had to leave several voicemails and call repeatedly for someone to even respond. The ordeal left us very uneasy, but it was too late to find a replacement so we had to make do. On the wedding day, they arrived two hours later than scheduled but the lighting was setup as we requested. We did think the lighting was beautiful, however it was not worth the initial stress and lack of professionalism from Illuminations Innovations. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
