Bugstoppers

I made an appointment last week to have my house inspected today I waited an hour to call and see why no one had showed up to my house yet the man said he will call the technician and call me back in 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and called him back however he did not answer, called again, then waited and called again still no answer. I then called the headquarters spoke with a young lady she said she will call the guy and have him call me back within 15 min I waited 35 min called back another lady answered and told me the same thing as the first Lady...long story short I finally got a call back just to say the technician broke down and they don't have anyone else to send out to my house....unacceptable I took off of work and waited for hours and no one had the common decency to call me and let me know the technician broke down...definitely won't be doing business with this company
