Don’t go here. Totally unprofessional. Incompetent individuals working there. They don’t care about their patients only the money.

We have been going to this practice for over a year. My son is predisposed to dental issues and my daughter has no dental issues whatsoever. Every time we have an appointment the dental hygienist berates me and insinuates that I do not care for his teeth. They also attempted to charge me a $50 fee saying that I did not cancel an appointment when I canceled at least 2 days prior when they called to confirm. Ironic since they make me wait with my 2 young kids for 45 minutes to over an hour every time we have an appointment. To top it off the dental hygienist said to my 8 year old son when I left the room to speak with the dentist that she "doesn't like your mom's attitude". When I attempted to speak with the staff regarding these issues I was met with smirks, laughing and dismissive attitudes. We will be going elsewhere going forward. Not worth the aggravation.

Dr. Holdbrook really helped me when my toddler fell and chipped four teeth and damaged the bone. He called me that evening when I paged the office, and got me in first thing in the morning. I am so, so, so thankful to him. Thank you again. You have taken good care of all my kids. Thank you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS practice that is BEYOND unprofessional. I made appointment with Dr. Holdbrook, waited 3 weeks to see him since my daughter had to have 8 fillings. When we saw him the plan he gave us was: come 2x have 4 fillings done,contacted my insurance and THE only out of pocket for me will be 56$ for the "gas" to relax her each visit I WAS TOLD. First treatment was not with the doc. I specifically asked for but the woman doctor there was in 20 min. late(but still finish within 40 min. that was my appointment time) did just 2 fillings(bad job since we had to come back after 10 days because of pain, crumbles of filling that my daughter will spit out and now having a big gap between teeth. I just received another bill of 75$ in top of what I was told. Called numerous times the manager, they LITERALLY laugh in your face. For the rest went to ABC CHILDREN'S DENTRISTY owned and operated by Dr. SINGER. Amazing doctor and experience, no hidden charges, professional staff, very clean...

Office manager was so unprofessional named nickie

Asked to speak to Dr holdbrook right after my son was seen and was told to come back at 5 he was with patient's completely unprofessional all around. They also tried to collect 44 dollars from me because they didn't run my insurance correctly. It seems Noone over there knows how to do there job!!

I liked our visit but don't expect to get a call back when you have a question. Appointments for fillings are hard to come by. (We needed to reschedule our mid-March apt bc my son was sick and they don't have anything for 3.5 months!) BEWARE they perform services/procedures that are not covered and you don’t know until you get a bill. During our first visit a gentleman was noticeably upset over charges that he wasn't aware of and now I see that it should have been a sign to run!

Wendal Holdbrook was a god send for us!

I have an autistic son and non of the other dentist could get him to open his mouth. By this time my son needed a bit of work. We had to take him to the surgical center, they had to put him under to do the work.

Since then we have been back a few times and through their patience and care they have been able to clean his teeth, and do x-rays.

Inefficient expenditure of time, rude, no accountability. Ever since our first appointment there have been problems with staff. They don't process insurance information in a timely manner. I've had staff physically block me from leaving to encourage compliance. I got a call regarding a scheduled appointment and they didn't leave a time. I had to call back (then I waited on hold ten minutes while I was "educated" on proper dental procedures.) I got a sarcastic receptionist named Mary. Well quit of you Dr. Holdbrook! You don't seem to be able to hire competent staff.

I tried to schedule an appointment and somebody named Rebecca answered and she told me she was really busy and she will get back at me but she never did. I called back again 2 days later and somebody Danielle answered the phone and while talking to me she put me on hold several times, the last hold was almost 15 minutes so I hang up and called another dental office for appointment.

I have had the pleasure of taking my 1 year old son to his first dental appointment. I thought he would cry...no SCREAM and act up really bad. I was also nervous that the doctor and staff would be rough w/him. To my surprise the staff there were EXTREMELY GENTLE w/my son as well as the doctor. The doctor even walked me out to the office area after cleaning my son's teeth and spoke w/me on how to continue to clean his teeth properly. He asked me several times if I had any questions. If anyone is looking for a GREAT place to take your child for dental care....I highly recommend HOLDBROOK PEDIATRIC DENTAL LLC!

I TOOK MY DAUGHTER WHO IS 4 TO DR. HOLBROOK, HE WAS WONDERFUL!!!!!!!! SO PATIENT AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY DAUGHTERS FEAR. I WISH I WOULD OF MET DR. HOLBROOK BEFORE, MY DAUGHTER HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE AT ANOTHER DENTAL OFFICE. NOT ANY MORE FEAR SHE ASKS WHEN CAN SHE GO BACK......WONDERFUL STAFF AND DOCTOR THANKS DR. HOLBROOK. PAT DALTON
