I have been using this butcher for about 5 years. Always has been very accommodating in how I wanted my beef and pork cut and packaged. Never had a problem.

Don't use Rocheleau Meats. They steal beef when butchering. You should get 60%-70% yield on the hanging weight and we only got 46%. They denied doing anything wrong. All I have to say is math doesn't lie, people do. We have had other butchers in the past and always keep track of the yield we get back. We have always received 60%-70%. We had another cow butchered this year at another butcher and got 67%.
