Cafe Francais

wow, i think i went to a different place. First it was hot...really hot....okay well give her that due to the hot weather....then she mixed up our reservation...made two weeks before for our 30th wedding annivarsary! Then she remembered but said we couldn't have what we ordered. She was overwhelmed...i know because she told us no less then five times. IT took 4 hours to serve the bland food. Her dessert was the best of everything she served, but not great. We were looking forward to an small quant dinner and instead got a hot, long, way overpriced dinner with 12 other people. The birthday party of 10 were loud and hopefully drunk.. how else to explain hitting our car repeatedly without a comment? She told us to bring a bottle of wine...i have to admit the birthday librarian had it right...bring a case of wine! Better yea...just go anywhere else. This may have been a nice place at one time, but now it is like eating in a closet with loud people and clanging dirty dishes.....run away!
