United Aircare

United Air Care Inc, in Chatsworth Ca is a full service scam. They advertise low cost service on residential heating, then come to you home and try and talk you into hundreds (or thousands in my case) of dollars of work. In my case their serviceman/salesman talked my wife into $1,200 of service after responding to a $50 coupon service. He even tried to have her agree to replacing all of the ducting in the attic ($2,300) in my 10 year old house. My wife was concerned about a health issue with my daughter, and the salesman saw this. He did a great job if you want a sleezy salesman in your house to sell you whatever he can. i called the business three times to discuss my service and they never called my back. DON'T USE THIS BUSINESS AND TELL YOUR FRIENDS!!!

You want to be frustrated and dissapointed use UA. This group is very difficult to work with. They are not timely, staff if rude and not willing to do what it takes to make a difference to the customer. I had a basic problem that was their fault and they couldn't resolve it. My problem and concerns weren't theirs. They could care less once you signed the contract.
