This company will damage your property, deliver other customer's goods to your location and an alleged guy by the name of "Robert Brown" will call you a "criminal" with "stolen goods" when you attempt to contact their "claims dept" when you discover property that doesn't belong to you. I had Kendra's social security number, lawsuit information, neck x-rays in an unsecured box that didn't even have a label or tape. When I attempted to contact "Robert Brown" the guy sounded like a reasonable businessman. Subsequent calls were not returned. I had to invade Kendra's personal property to discover her identitity, use the internet to find her and use UPS to actually return her goods. Not a single call from the "claims dept and Robert Brown" at Arrow Van Lines were ever returned. I had to pay $300 myself to repair the damage caused to the interior of my property caused by a rogue mover that caused major damage slamming my property in to everything he could. Stick with Allied. I have used them before and they can actually accomplish the move without losing or damaging your property. Arrow Van Lines has no claims department. They have the worst customer service on the planet as Kendra's property is still located from LA to Florida. Do not use this company. You will be very disappointed. I have never dealt with any company doing any business with the incompetence found here. "Robert Brown" never even contacted Kendra to tell her that she had property delivered to the wrong address. I am an honest person that could have stolen Kendra's identity based on the "stolen goods" delivered by their mover. So I am being honest, do not use this company.

They delivered some poor lady's medical records and confidential information to the wrong address besides damaging my interior, guardrail and screen door. As of today, 5 days later, even after knowing where the property is, have not scheduled a pickup to deliver the goods to the correct person. I saw a mortgage app in there. Do you have any idea what is contained in a mortgage app? The plastic box was not even taped or put in another box. No load sticker was on it. Yet, they call me a "criminal" in posession of "stolen property" that they delivered to my address by mistake. Do not use this company. Do they realize they are criminals in violation of HIPA by delivery of health records to the wrong address? And yet they call me a criminal. I called the county cops and they don't what to do but having to keep calling this company. I guess the claims department doesn't return phone calls unless they want to call you a criminal.

These people scream at you, damage the interior of your propery and above all call you a thief because some rogue mover that they claim to have no control of delivers someone else's stuff to your property. Their mover signed off on the move. Now I am a criminal. Do not do business with the band of gypsies. You will regret it for a long time.
