Richard serves as The Legacy Foundation’s Investment Analyst and Wealth Manager Assistant. His experience is vast and stretches across various sectors in financial services. Richard joins Legacy after spending five years with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management. Prior to Morgan Stanley, Richard began his career as an audit associate at KPMG, where he gained extensive knowledge of Asia’s emerging markets through group audit projects for major public companies. Richard holds a Master of Finance degree from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Science and Technology Beijing. As a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA®) Charterholder, he possesses a thorough understanding of investment and portfolio management. In his free time, Richard enjoys swimming, playing tennis, and visiting museums.

Retirement Planning
Judy has worked in the financial planning industry for over 30 years. She has extensive experience advising clientele from a variety of backgrounds with a focus on those in the university system. Judy’s experience covers areas including taxation, retirement planning, estate strategy, and asset management. Through initial client meetings and subsequent annual account reviews Judy works with clients to exchange ideas regarding their family planning needs, discusses implementation of programs that are suitable and continuously reviews their progress towards their goals and suggests needed changes as appropriate. She is also involved with the portfolio construction in relation to clients’ objectives. She carries many accreditations, including the Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) and Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) designations for which she completes 40+ hours of continuing education courses biannually.
