        Service

        Being nearly the only show in town, this company can slack on customer service. On the phone (they annoyingly use speaker phone) they talk over the customer, rush them through the logistics of the move, and speak condescendingly. I will use another mover and tuner in the future because in my opinion, good manner matter.
