General Info: Saint Michael Transportation (STMT) is an established NEMT company with corporate office in Charlotte North Carolina. We serve the following cities: Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, Pineville, Mathew, Ballantyne, Salisbury, Mooresville, Monroe, Gastonia, Waxhaw, and Indian Trail. Non-emergency medical transportation, transportation for disabled, wheelchair transportation services. We own a fleet of impeccably Vans and sedans that are cleaned daily. Our drivers are professionally trained, First Aid, CPR certified and extensively background checked. Our dispatch unit secures the fastest routes, safest up to the minute traffic information, and modern integrated GPS modules to assure that all appointments are completed with prompt accuracy. Our office staff is courteous and detail oriented. All pertinent information regarding a scheduled trip, including destinations, times, special needs, are reviewed and confirmed, so no relevant detail is left unattended. Our Drivers also training in ADA (American’s w/Disabilities Act) law and are trained as drivers and wheelchair accessible vehicle operators through a nationally accredited program (Community Transportation Association of America or CTAA).
