        Overall

        This company is AWFUL. I work as a concierge uptown, and every day I have to call for cabs to the airport for residents. They WILL NOT be at the location on time, then they will act confused when you call back to report that the cab never arrived. If you have ANY other options I implore you to avoid calling this company unless absolutely necessary.
