Gary Cianci, MD

Dr. Cianci is a truly fantastic doctor. He is patient, and you do not feel like he's in a rush. His bedside manner is professional and compassionate. He takes his time in explaining his diagnosis and ensures you clearly understand everything before taking his leave. Highly recommend if you're in need of a qualified physician.

He listened to me. I was already much better by the next day! Very grateful for Roper urgent care facilities.

Dr Cianci was exceptional. I was there for a congestive heart failure episode. He was very congenial with the appropriate amount of concern. Appropriate labs were drawn. When I explained that I had an appointment with my primary care doctor in a few days, he gave me enough medication to last until I saw her.
The only thing I didn’t like about the visit was that he only works in RoperStFrancis urgent care. He doesn’t have a practice where he is a primary care provider. He was excellent. The facility was very efficiently run. I only had to wait a few minutes to see him. It was so much better than sitting in the hospital emergency room for hours.

I was very impressed with Dr. Cianci. He took time to listen to my symptoms then explained the treatment. I never felt rushed. I would definitely return to Roper and Dr. Cianci for urgent care.
