        We took our son there to see Dr. Hester about his tonsils. Dr. Hester saw him for maybe ten minutes and he left it up to us whether to get the tonsils removed or leave them in. We soon got a second opinion from another doctor and found out that his tonsils were very swollen and infected and needed to be removed.

        Just the other day we received a bill from Dr. Hester for $267 for his office visit. The office visit that he briefly met with us and gave us no answers or solutions to our son's issues.

        We will never use Dr. Hester again!

        I would not recommend it based...

        I would not recommend it based on my experience. I visited the Wingo way location in Mount Pleasant. Expect a long wait, unprofessional staff, and overall uncomfortable experience.

        caring office

        Contrary to what the previous person wrote (way back in 2005), my experience with Charleston ENT was fantastic. The staff is kind and caring, and I could not have asked for the doctor to be any better with my child. Not only did I not have to wait long for my appointments, but when my child needed surgery she was given a date almost immediately. I was very happy with them and will return if needed in the future!
