        I called in the middle of the night last night for an emergency tow in -4 degree weather and the driver was prompt and extremely friendly. I need to call and get his name so I can let the company know that I appreciated his help last night.

        They used to be a very good alternative to taking my cars to the dealership for repairs, oil changes, general maintenance, even break downs, etc. but over the past 12-18 months it's really changed. Proceed at your own risk (especially for yearly car inspection$).

        Napa Auto Parts is down the street

        Good guys. They will give you quotes over the phone. Cant say they are always on time especially if you schedule for 1pm after lunch. They will charge you a bit more but if you dont want to wait all day for a break job tell them to buy your parts at NAPA which is walking distance. If you dont you will be there another 2 hours waiting for a supplier 10 miles away.
