This place is horrible. My mother went there once after falling down the stairs and ultimately fractured her lower back and had a deep laceration in her shin. They completely missed the back fracture and she only found out about it after visiting a chiropractor three yrs. later after 3 yrs. of back pain. They did not clean or dress her leg wound or stitch it and she was left with a deep indentation in her shin. I slipped down stairs yesterday and lacerated my foot on a nail very badly. It bled for over 4 hours. My brother drove me to the Chapin urgent care. They wheeled me in as I was bleeding everywhere and took me back to a room where they left me for over an hour. When I finally asked what was taking so long they then moved me to the suture room and left me for yet another hour in severe pain, bleeding with an unclean, undressed open wound leaving me open to infection. By the time the Dr. finally came in he so rude so I called my brother and just left. I would NEVER return there!!!!
