The Better Sleep Store

Based on a previous telecon with a store employee, my husband and I drove a distance to purchase a daybed. However, today (3/1/08) every question I had about the product, I had to stand by looking at the employee until she decided to acknowledge my existence. She just did not have time for me. I heard the only other customer in the store tell her that I was waiting for assistance. The employee's reply was "oh, she is just looking." The employee's attitude was NOT FOR ME! I decided I would rather buy that product and other items elsewhere even if it may be more money. Employees need customer service training!!!
