The office staff is excellent. I came on the wrong date and they worked to fit me in so I could see the doctor that. They saved me a trip back.

Everything was great! The environment, staff, and the doctor. I loved my first visit.

easy appointment scheduling, seen on time, Dr was very patient with my questions, seemed very knowledgeable and caring, blood lab technician did a good job, was very polite.

I had one of the first appointments and It was nice that I didn't have to wait to be seen.

I was scheduled for a routine blood test. When the INR was not in range, the technician contacted Dr. Patel who came in immediately. He adjusted my medication and arranged a followup visit. The office staff is always courteous and friendly and needless to say Dr. Patel is marvelous.

I had pesky paperwork to be filled out. Since I recently moved from another state, my records were at my old doctors office. The staff at INOVA was so helpful and went out of their way to help contact the other doctor. They held onto the paperwork, then called me in a few days once the information was gathered. So helpful! Thank you!

The staff was very efficient and pleasant. The doctor was personable, professional and very thorough.

I was in the office twice in the recent two weeks so I will tell you about both. Saw Dr. Patel because I scratched my cornea. Dr. Patel always explains everything thoroughly a good communicator for sure and pleasant to deal with. Good bed-side manner. Other visit was with Nurse Marin who gives me my B12 shots. She is also a wonderful nurse. Very empathetic and pleasant to talk with.

Everyone is very helpful. One recent visit, I was feeling very weak and one of the staff was kind enough to walk me down and see me safely to my car as well as supplying me with water. It was very much appreciated.
