B & A Powerwashing

This company has serious process problems. After they didn't show up for the appointment, I canceled my service. I also told my credit card company not to pay the deposit they had already charged. Their customer care person was annoyed I canceled but refunded my credit card begrudgingly and made no attempt to make up for the inconvenience of not showing up. She sent me an email confirming my cancellation. Then, they showed up and did the work anyway when I wasn't home, which was a decent job despite the fact some of the flowers surrounding my patio were killed. Now they want me to pay for the service with no follow up communication about the their mess-up. Stay away.
