A salesman came to my door and told me that they were servicing others in the neighborhood and asked if I would like to try their service. I explained that we had a service, but no one has been as good as the previous company we had before the present one, and they were great until they changed from natural pesticides to organic environment friendly pesticides which were not doing the job. I told him that my wife hated ants especially and we were still seeing them around the house. He assured me that the type of service they offered would do the trick.

We already has a service, so he said the treatment would be provide at the same cost, and the first treatment they did would be free, the treatments were done on a quarterly basis. Within a month the treatment person showed up again, did work outside my home, and then showed up to my door for payment. I went ahead and paid him, even thought the salesman had said the treatment was free the first time and should have lasted for three months.

Then we stated to see bugs in the house and I called the office and they said it would take some time for the treatment to work. We also had a problem with silverfish, and I explained that initially to the salesman, but when the technician came out, he said they did not go into attics. I told him to go back and talk to the salesman who came to sell me the service, who was made aware of the problem, and never said there was any part of the house they did no go in too.

When the technician came out again and reiterated that they did not go into the attic, I cancelled the service. Now they are trying to get me to pay a $239 disconnection fee. I don't remember signing and can't find such a contract. I don't believe I owe them, but if I signed such a contract I will pay. I have been trying to get them to send me a copy of the contract I supposedly signed to no avail

Andrew Frankovitch takes very good care of us. we have had no problems with insects since he began. Always polite and on time.

Kevin Stoddard has been taking care of my home's pest control needs for a year now. He's always been professional, attentive, and efficient. I couldn't be happier with Kevin's work and Aptive's service. Very easy to deal with. They inquire about any changes for pests so each treatment can be customized to better suit my needs.

I have been very impressed with Aptive Environmental from the day the sales people showed up to my door. They were very courtious and respectful of my time. Today Andrew Frankovitch came to do a routine treatment and was very polite, upbeat and went above and beyond the job. He noticed a nest in my grill and offered to get rid of it. Very good service!

Kevin was truly professional and demonstrated a super service first attitude. He was completely thorough and worked hard removing webs and getting into all possible pest hiding areas. I was extremely happy with his service.

Aptive is very prompt and has good customer service. They are willing to help you with any issue and have been very helpful with call backs. We have had a couple of techs, and Chris V has come through for us every time!

My dog was covered in some sort of seed tick and we found a few fleas on her too and so I called Aptive to come over and treat the inside and outside of my house. Andrew F. was our technician. He was very knowledgeable, helpful, and kind - it made me feel very confident that he was going to resolve our pest issue.

Andrew F. provided professional and courteous service! We do not wear shoes in our home and he promptly abided to wear shoe covers.

Jonathan was fantastic and did a thorough job of getting rid of yellow jackets from our home- others were not able to do this. Jonathan did a thorough and sincere job.
