About Stayco Construction Stayco Construction, Inc is a custom homebuilder dedicated to satisfying every homeowner by creating homes exactly suited to their needs and wants. Michael Stayman is a Certified Professional Building Designer, ready to assist clients in creating their ideal home. Healthy allowances are built into the price quote to allow homeowners to select quality building products while controlling costs. At the same time, our owners serve as project managers, spending much of the construction time on the job site, assuring a high level of quality control. All work is coordinated through us, as we are the general contractor. This allows the client to have all of their questions answered and issues handled directly by our people. In short, we provide a complete turnkey project, even providing such services as excavating, water and sewer hookups, lawn seeding, landscaping and more. As a design-build firm, we offer you a number of advantages.
