Designing Mobility

These guys understand equipment! They were able to come up with seating answers no one else could. The repair service is great and customer service handled everything with Medicare and my secondary insurance. I have recommend them and my friend was just as impressed. I have used other providers in the past and ATG was a much better experience.



I heard about them from the rehab departments at Rancho Los Amigos and St. Jude.

The customer service provided at ATG Designing Mobility is probably the worst I've come across in a very long time. The mechanics are great but the RTS's and admin staff wouldn't know the meaning of good customer service even with a dictionary. If you are disabled and able to communicate and expect to be treated like an adult, do not use this company for your mobility needs unless forced to by your insurance provider. If you are a care giver, make sure you know what your relative/client needs before you go there. If you must use them, make sure you speak in words of no more than two syllable, get everything in writing, call them every other day at minimum if your getting new equipment because they WILL NOT call you. They do not know the meaning of communication. The next time I need new equipment I will not use this company.
