B&B Also offers Natural Horsemanship Training & the RYH Therapeutic Riding Program in addition to the already mentioned Traditional trainers. However there is no longer a dedicated Dressage trainer on site.

The stable is older but is kept clean and offers the largest stalls for the lowest price in the area. Its a very no frills type of place with a more of a do-it-yourself feel. We do have a pretty good community of horse people and its a very relaxed environment.

Best in the West

I was worried about where I was going to live when my owner decided to give me a home. I didn't want her to have to worry about me when she couldn't be there.

In the city horse owners are a shrinking breed these days, and our space is very limited.

Well, after an extensive search of the area, my owner and I found our little piece of heaven right here in Cerritos at B & B Stables.

We have lots of space to share with all my friends, places to workout (not my favorite), run and play, or my personal favorite, just walk-a-bout, and I have a great size stall all to myself so I don't feel as fenced in.

The owners are great, helpful, and concerned about all of us, and do their best to keep an eye on everything.

It's centrally located so my owner can get there in a hurry because she misses me, and all of the owners keep a lookout on all of us.

I have a great trainer too, the best in the west, and she makes sure that I do everything the way I am suppose to, kinda like school I've been told, and she keeps my owner safe. Although she makes me work hard, I love her for all she does for us.

Come check us out and join the family.

B & B stables is at first glance a decent boarding stable. Once you are a boarder it becomes aparent that there are major deficiencies in the management of the facility. The turn outs are never drug, the arenas and grounds are very rocky, the wash rack is seriously dangerous and straight out of the 60's. It has a drain that doesn't work so the water just stands stagnant leaving a murky pond that grows goodness knows what in it. The hay they feed is decent and the cleaning they provide is decent but there is no lighting which makes it rather scary at night. Recently they have suffered thefts on the property which seems to be a recurring theme there and something that the owners completely ignore. Once you get on the bad side of the ownerws they are very nasty with their communications and getting on their bad side is unfortunately very easy. All in all I would say it is not worth the risk to your horse and yourself to board there.

The facility is one of the nicest in the area, as are the sizes of the pens. The grounds are maintained well and overall the people are very nice.

I have stabled at many equestrian facilities in southern california during my years as an equestrian enthusiast. I absolutely loved B & B Stables and it's owners upon first meeting them. However, as the months passed there were accusations of my never paying the rent on my horse' stall, or if they did admit I'd paid, they accused me of paying late, which required several inconvenient visits to the bank to prove my payments! The break in and theft of my personal property despite the stable having a "security system" was quite unbearable on each theft! The senile owners/managers also accused me of not being the owner of my horse even though I had given them a copy of the ownership documents. I just couldn't take it anymore when they threatened (on more than one occasion) to CHAIN my horse in his stall!!! To anyone daring enough to entrust your horses with B & B Stables: I warn you, beware of what you may be getting yourselves into.
