        Overall

        I have had a couple of incidences in the past of not getting my mail, mainly utility and mortgage bills. I have complained to the postmaster who has this amazing personality(not!) with only to resolve the issue for awhile only to have the same thing happen again! What will it take to get it right? Is it that hard to match the address numbers on an envelope with your mailbox numbers? Gees! For the money these people make they should take some classes on personality!
