We've had these guys here for a few fixes in the past and everything was great, until this time around an older man, possibly the owner, was taking care of us. The way he talks to us is of sarcasm and almost to being rude. His attitude and the laziness in his voice sounds as if he don't care much to do our business, or looking down on us when he 'jokingly' says 'well, you know I'm not doing this for free now..' I can't judge of how well his work is and for the company in whole, but being treated like that from the very beginning already makes me not want to do business with them. One person and first impressions does ruin it all. Those three stars are for the great guys in the past.
