        Overall

        I have dealt with AGR and the owner for over 5 years and have never had a negative experience. He and his wife have provided practical advice regarding sewing and the choice of machine. I have purchased a total of 4 machines from them - some to give as gifts - and have no complaints. Periodic servicing of the machine or anytime I have needed a repair, I have been well satisfied.

        You can not trust the owner. He ripped me off and many of the woman who "were" doing business with him
