The scathing reviews you read about this store are all on target. They were having a "great sale" so we sadly ignored the reviews and went to get a tux. A "great sale" in quotes because of all the hidden fees and add ons. When they called to arrange the tux pick up they confirmed that we had NOT ordered a shirt when we DEFINITELY DID. We ordered a super cute shirt with an old school type collar. They ended up giving us just a regular shirt they had in stock. When the shirt was returned with the tux they charged us an extra $20 because we didn't return the cufflinks. Cufflinks we NEVER GOT! The shirt didn't even have cuffs which take cufflinks! When we confronted them about it they said, "Well I guess it's your word against mine." And they refused to return the $20 dollars. You don't want to know the words that were exchanged after that!
I absolutely love my dress but felt pressured and pushed the whole entire time! I was rushed to buy my dress and told I had to buy the veil they put on me. I really wanted a lace veil but they discouraged that idea and I got stuck buying a veil I didn't really like. I decided to return the veil that had never left their store and they wouldn't refund my money. Then picking out tuxes I didn't exactly know what I wanted so I was asking for their professional opinion and again felt rushed! I had to go back and change the tuxes and they got mad at me for changing them. Now after all is said and done I come to find out that they charge for my dress to be steamed! WHAT? I just spent a couple grand and u charge for my wedding dress to be steamed. Their final product is a representation of their business and I am not impressed! I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately.

I went to this store because it was close to my parent's house while I visited them in Oregon. I tried on a few dresses, and finally found one that I loved. The only issue that I had with the dress was that it had a ""cafe"" colored sash along the hipline that drew unwanted attention. I asked the consultant if it came in any other colors and without hesitation she told me that it did not. So, I purchased the dress (I spent about 1100 dollars here) with plans to spend the extra money to alter the sash to make it less noticable.
A few days later I saw my dress in a bridal magazine. I checked the Allure website and found that my dress actually came in THREE COLORS! I called the next day expecting them to apologize & quickly refund my money. They refused to refund my money, and even admitted that it was their mistake! The manager first offered to order the dress in a different color, but I hesitated because I wouldn't be able to try it on in the other colors. Once I agreed to do this later that day, however, she informed me that was not actually an option because my dress had already left the store.
Since then I have called numerous times and even e-mailed the owner to no avail. The employees have lied to me several times regarding calling me back, speaking to the owner, and even what occured during the transaction that day. The manager told me yesterday that she was basically doing me a favor by ""listening to my sad story"" (dripping with sarcasm) and the owner e-mailed me today telling me that they would not discuss the issue further and would not negotiate with me.
This is the worst customer service I have ever seen. I have never been treated so rudely and dishonestly in my life.

I would suggest that you do NOT deal with this store! If you must have a gown they carry, please beware of anything they tell you and double check the facts they give you about the gown!

Awful experience. They didn't seem to have any beautiful slip dress for me, it was all poofy nightmares out of 1988! I am a very small girl and they were trying to get me to buy huge ball gown dresses that swallowed me up and also could barely walk in, but they said it could be ""altered"" to fit. I also said that I was very firm on the color (white) and yet they were trying to get me to buy ivory instead. It was terrible because I felt very pressured while they obviously were not listening to me. They also put me in a corset that was 1 bra cup size too small even though I told them the correct size beforehand. So not only were they trying to get me to buy dresses I hated, they ignored my body type as well. They also tried to get me to buy their overpriced accessories and bridesmaid gowns too, even though I knew it'd be a much wiser decision to look elsewhere. Even though they have a big selection, a lot of their dresses are really ugly and tacky. They lie and say that they have exclusive dresses but that is such BS. Combine that with their rude and unhelpful staff..you have a recipe for disaster. Avoid like the PLAGUE.

I went to this store when I was in town visiting my parents on a break from school. Once they heard that I live in Nevada, they didn't want to help me. They laughed at my budget even though they advertise ""the best prices in town"".
Angela's Bridal Mart is one of the worst places that I have been while shopping for my wedding dress. They have lied and lied about alot of things. They claim that most of their dresses are ""made just for them"", when the truth is that the dresses are the same ones at every other store. There was a bride in their store in tears because her dress was VERY late, but the guy that works there talked down to her and twisted it to make it her fault. He was very rude and unprofessional.
I am so glad that I didn't buy anything from this store. I caution anyone that is shopping for a wedding dress to avoid this store like the plague. There are better stores out there, go find one. Angela's is NOT hard to beat.

The service was initially very good; I found a dress I loved and was offered plenty of good advice while trying to decide between dresses. However, after I purchased my wedding dress, the service rapidly went downhill. Once it was clear that I was not ordering bridesmaids dresses from Angelas, no one would help me with picking out cards, tuxes, or other accessories. Essentially, I needed to get all of my wedding attire at this store, or apparently I was not worth their time. My mother went in to the store multiple times without me and told me how rude the sales-people had been to her.
Additionally, I order my corsette from Angelas while I was on Christmas break; however, it didn't arrive for over 3 months...I had already returned back to school at this time. When I returned, the seamstress of my wedding dress said that the corsette was both the wrong size and type for the style of dress I was wearing. The seamstress altered my dress so that I wouldn't have to wear the corsette and advised me to return it to Angelas. Angelas claimed that they could not accept the return of 'lingerie', even though it was late, improperly fitted by their associates, and obviously never worn (tags were still on). Eventually, Angelas offered to exchange the corsette for another corsette, but my dress had already been altered at this point and I had no need for the item. I would have been pleased if they had exchanged the corsette for jewelry, shoes, or something that I could've used for my wedding.
We had the best experience ever! The staff and the owners were so helpful and knowledgable. They had almost 1000 wedding gowns to look at. We were able to buy a wedding gown, bridesmaid dresses, flowergirl and dresses for both moms. We also had a chance to pick out tuxedos from a huge selection of tuxedos. We highly recommend Angelas's for to anyone who is getting married.
