If I could give them no stars I would! The worst customer service I've ever experienced. I walked out shaking. She rushed me and talked down to me the whole time. Save yourself some grief and go somewhere else for your special day.

The scathing reviews you read about this store are all on target. They were having a "great sale" so we sadly ignored the reviews and went to get a tux. A "great sale" in quotes because of all the hidden fees and add ons. When they called to arrange the tux pick up they confirmed that we had NOT ordered a shirt when we DEFINITELY DID. We ordered a super cute shirt with an old school type collar. They ended up giving us just a regular shirt they had in stock. When the shirt was returned with the tux they charged us an extra $20 because we didn't return the cufflinks. Cufflinks we NEVER GOT! The shirt didn't even have cuffs which take cufflinks! When we confronted them about it they said, "Well I guess it's your word against mine." And they refused to return the $20 dollars. You don't want to know the words that were exchanged after that!

I absolutely love my dress but felt pressured and pushed the whole entire time! I was rushed to buy my dress and told I had to buy the veil they put on me. I really wanted a lace veil but they discouraged that idea and I got stuck buying a veil I didn't really like. I decided to return the veil that had never left their store and they wouldn't refund my money. Then picking out tuxes I didn't exactly know what I wanted so I was asking for their professional opinion and again felt rushed! I had to go back and change the tuxes and they got mad at me for changing them. Now after all is said and done I come to find out that they charge for my dress to be steamed! WHAT? I just spent a couple grand and u charge for my wedding dress to be steamed. Their final product is a representation of their business and I am not impressed! I wouldn't recommend this place unfortunately.

hard to feel beautiful trying on a dress when you are feeling down graded and pushed like you will never believe.
