I have been ordering from Dart over 15 years. They are quick, professional and everyone from the office to the delivery drivers are nice.

Placed an order this morning and my oil was delivered within the hour. The girl on the phone was very friendly(Daisy?) Sorry can't really remember her name and the driver was very kind. Best company I've used so far and the only one I will use from now on!

I am greatly delighted having you as my home heating fuel oil provider. I usually call and speak with a representative and whomever I speak with is always courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.



I want to say I am very pleased with your service and prices.



Your prices are competitive offering me a savings over most providers and if by chance I do a price comparative search and mention who has a slightly lower price and ask if you can match their price to my delight you have always come down and saved me even more additional money something very much needed with todays economy! Sometimes I pay cash and lots of times I pay over the phone and use my credit card same low price ether way! I am very pleased, delighted.



Delivery is prompt the same day. I usually order early in the day before 12:00 noon, to help schedule with routing so the driver can make a delivery without back tracking and make routing changes. I think that helps everyone. This time my delivery came so fast it was within a half hour after I called and placed my order. I would have given the delivery person a tip but he was finished and gone before I had a chance to get out my door. He was very efficient and the delivery was very fast.



One time they sent a technician over to check my heating system and to my surprise I thought it had a problem but the technician explained to me what I could do, without incurring any cost to me, to determine if there was a problem with my system. After following his simple instruction I was able to determine that there was actually really nothing wrong with my system and that it was actually working fine. The technician Dart Fuel sent was extremely knowledgeable helpful friendly and courteous. He took his time examined everything and then proceeded to explain everything I needed to know about my heating system and helped me understand how my system worked so I could have the knowledge to determine if my system is in good working order. I felt satisfied and empowered because he helped me understand that my system is in good working order. I have to say He was a very knowledgeable and helpful technician.



I am very pleased with all Dart Fuel services they have provide to me.
