Lotus Holistic Spa, Salon, & Fitness Studio

The absoulutely WORSE please I have ever did business with. The Owner, Kami is the worst Customer Service representative for the place. The experience with her was AWFUL. To give you a warning, DO NOT! pay for any services in advance. I wrote this woman over $300 in checks (postdated), whe deposited them before the postdate and then had the nerve to tell me it was my problem. Thank goodness for Stop payment and my calling in advance. Then she called me the worst customer. well, I beg to differ. I tipped her girls $25 each visit. I must say, the massage was great. But I would rather go someplace else to experience a massage that has warmth, welcoming, and respecfult service. If any of the girls move, I will follow. They are the ones who kept me going. But, dealing with her made me miserable. Miserable I say!!!! You would think you could go to a place that is suppose to take you away from the craziness of the world. Well, she not only added anixety to my life, but made me CRY. Yes, cry!! I never have met someone so mean. So horrible to do business with. I did my best to work with this woman. She goes thru Staff like crazy. So do not get used to a massage therapist, she may not be there next time. Lotus - A beautiful flower. Well I would call this place, Bulbophyllum phalaenopsis ", which is one of the top 9 worst smelling flowers of the world. Her attitude stinks. Her Customer Service stinks, and the whole experience STINKS!!. Use Groupon to find another place to call home for a massage. It is not worth the money or time!!!! Plus, hopefully when you call you will not have to hold, 4-6 min, hearing the whole conversation they are having and they do not come back to the phone appreciating your hold time. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE unless. Since they do not have a zero star, I will give it a 1 because the review rating will not allow me to write this review without selecting. The Lotus Holistic Body Spa. Yeah RIGHT!!!

Extremely disappointed. My aesthetician, Cheryl, used a very good professional product, but displayed complete incompetence, very bad hands. My pedicure, by Tess, was absolutely useless. Both of them were very talkative, but did not do the job right. Total waste of time and money.
