        Customer service in store is greatly disappointing!! We purchased a wall furnace for 700.00 ! Got it home and there was damage to thermostat. I took the thermostat back ! I was told that I dropped it, I asked if there was anorher one and was told NO! Brian rectified the situation! He did replace the thermostat!! Customer should never be blamed for companies misfortune!!
