She is a terrible boss, she has a turnaround rate that is very high. Her prices are outrageous for the services rendered. Her presentation of a owner lacks in her business, professional.
This company is without doubt amazing! I am so glad I called them! With the holidays being here I was overwhelmed with everything. That worry went away though when they started. They cleaned my kitchen, bathrooms, and master bedroom with ease. I will never use another company again. Thank you Spotless Miracle!
This company is the most reliable cleaning company I have ever dealt with. They came to my house on very short notice, for an emergency clean and cleaned everything top to bottom. Since then I use them on a routine basis every week! Everyone of the products they use are green cleaning products. This means they are Environmentally safe, pet safe, and most importantly FAMILY safe. With my two little boys running around getting into everything with their new puppy, I'd never hire someone that uses chemicals that could hurt anybody in my house.
I hired them to do a 1-time cleaning in Jan 2016 and the result was deplorable. They missed an entire room, didn't bring the "correct" supplies to clean our showers and I saw our dinner spill on the kitchen floor from the night before - AFTER they were finished cleaning. The list goes on and on – there was dust everywhere basically. I confronted them and they offered to come back and clean our house again to make up for their first failed attempt. Then they cancelled on us and said they’d send a full refund to us. After several months of not receiving the refund, I emailed them and asked about it. They said they mailed CASH to our house - a complete lie. They then said they'd mail us another refund (you mean, the first refund) if I agreed to sign a cease and desist letter first - which would basically give up my right to write an honest review of them online. They also asked that I remove my original review (which I cannot find anywhere online now - coincidence?). Save yourself the trouble and find a different company to clean your home.
Jim is THE electrical guy in town... and it wouldn't surprise me if he was the best in the state, country or planet. If there's ever anything I can't figure out, I send my customers to him.I was looking for a phone number for another shop when I saw the 1-star review given by a customer who apparently doesn't understand that technicians have to charge to diagnose problems. That's the way it is and any other shop would have done the exact same thing. I wouldn't be surprised if they had much more time in the car than what one unreasonable customer was actually charged for.
If you can choose a different company I highly recommend doing that. I had a horrible experience with them when my basement flooded. They were never there when they said they would left equipment in my basement for an extra day and charged me 1800 dollars for it when it was there fault!! I got charged almost 3000 dollars for nothing but pulling out my carpet and equipment rental. Run from this company
Asked to look at why my car won't start but when I unhooked the battery and reconnected it would work. Charge $85 to NOT fix it. I found that it was an open wire under the dash with a slipped disk in my back, I fixed it. Was also told would call me before anything was done after diagnosed and wasn't but was still charge for fixing nothing.
