        If possible, I would give them no starts. Horrible experience now that this company has changed hands to Leisure Zone. Previous owners of this company have installed and winterized our fiberglass in ground saltwater pool for the last three years. Leisure Zone took over the company in 2016. Foolishly, we thought that they knew what they were doing. Not so. They winterized our pool day before yesterday (10/11/16) and drained it to 2/3 full. According to the pool manufacturer's website, Viking pools should not be drained to lower than 1" above the bottom of the skimmer. We are now stuck with the cost of pumping over 6,000 gallons water back into our pool. They claim that they know what they are doing. Find another pool company to winterize your fiberglass pool.
