Overall an amazing company. Their staff is extremely friendly and willing to help with whatever they can. I would recommend this company to anybody. I have had a few different management companies over the years and Eagle has been the best by far. I have nothing to say but that my experience has been AMAZING, you guys are great and have helped me through quite a lot, and all while being very nice and understanding of the situation. As long as you give proper notice, Eagle is very understanding and willing to work with you through whatever trouble you are having. Once again, they are an AMAZING company!

I've been living in the same two bedroom, Eagle managed, apartment for over 15 years and I have no complaints! Any problems that have occurred in those 15 years have been dealt with speed and accuracy and always with consideration.

I give Eagle Property Management at 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. They always fix things whenever there is a maintenance issue and they keep me notified with what is going on. The apartment common areas such as the entryway and steps look clean. They clear the snow in the winter from the parking lot quickly. The lawn is well taken care of. They always deposit my rent check correctly and I have never had any problems with it being misapplied or anything like that.
